Shipping & Customs Policy

We ship worldwide via trusted international couriers and postal services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, EMS, SF Express). All research peptides are packaged discreetly with appropriate labeling for laboratory materials.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Transit Time: Typically 7–21 business days depending on destination. Remote areas may require additional time.

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and selected carrier. Free or discounted shipping may apply to bulk orders at our discretion. Exact shipping costs are confirmed before dispatch.

International buyers are responsible for compliance with their country's import regulations. Customs duties, taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees (if any) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

We declare shipments as "Research Peptide / Laboratory Reagent" with accurate commercial invoice values. We do not mark packages as gifts or under-declare values.

Our Reship Guarantee: If your package is seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities (not due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer), we will reship your order at no additional product cost.

Eligibility Conditions:

• You must contact us within 14 days of receiving customs seizure notification or confirmed non-delivery beyond 45 days
• Provide your order number, tracking number, and any official customs notice or seizure documentation (screenshots accepted)
• The shipping address on the reshipment must match the original order address, unless we agree to an alternative in writing
• Maximum of one (1) free reshipment per order

Reshipment Process:

1. Contact support via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email with proof of seizure
2. Our team verifies the claim within 2–3 business days
3. Approved reshipments are dispatched within 5–7 business days
4. A new tracking number is provided upon dispatch

Reshipment Shipping Fee: For the first reshipment due to customs seizure, we cover all reship costs. If a second attempt is needed due to repeated customs issues in the same destination, a reduced shipping fee may apply (50% of standard shipping rate).

The reshipment guarantee does NOT apply when:

• The buyer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address
• The package was refused or unclaimed by the recipient
• Local import of research peptides is explicitly prohibited and the buyer proceeded despite our advisory
• The buyer failed to pay customs duties/taxes causing return or destruction
• Delivery was successful but the buyer claims non-receipt without evidence
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic lockdowns)

If a package is confirmed lost in transit (no tracking updates for 30+ days), we will reship or refund at our discretion after investigation with the carrier. Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Tracking numbers are sent to your email upon dispatch. We recommend monitoring your shipment and ensuring someone is available to receive the package or collect it from the local post office within the holding period.
