All products sold on this platform are strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are NOT intended for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic purposes, or as drugs, food supplements, or cosmetics.

By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, possess the necessary training and facilities, and will comply with all local, national, and international regulations governing research chemicals.

Product descriptions, purity statements, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available upon request. We make no therapeutic or medical claims regarding any product.

All orders must be paid in full via accepted cryptocurrency before processing. Prices are listed in USD and converted at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect payment amounts or suspected fraudulent activity.

Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon handover to the shipping carrier. International shipments are subject to customs regulations of the destination country. See our Shipping & Customs Policy for reshipment terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaSynth Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

These terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our customer support channels.
